During our trip to Shikoku, my wife and I wanted to enjoy sushi at least once, so we researched and found this restaurant.To sum it up, everything from the appetizers to the sushi was outstanding.The sushi, made with meticulous preparation and featuring fresh seafood from the Setouchi region, was exquisite.Although it’s a counter-only establishment, the chef was friendly and made the experience enjoyable without being too formal.The sake list is extensive, which is a delight for enthusiasts.While it’s not the cheapest option, I found it to be reasonably priced compared to Tokyo.It was a great meal!
