I was really looking forward to visiting ESqUISSE. I was so excited that I couldn't sleep the night before. Looking at the menu made my heart race with anticipation. I even looked up the meaning of "Kaminari no Shusei" mentioned on the menu. The natural light and the beautifully presented dishes were delightful. The service was outstanding as well. The tables next to us were occupied by international guests, and it was impressive to see them being served in English. When the dishes arrived, I couldn't help but exclaim how delicious they looked—like a child! Both my companion and I were extremely satisfied!
