I enjoyed a JPY 12,000 course.The cooking technique and the doneness of the meat were excellent, and I felt that everything was prepared with care. However, to be honest, the quality of the meat itself did not meet my expectations, and considering the price, I felt a bit underwhelmed.That said, as the course progressed, the dishes became more delicious, and overall, I was satisfied. The service and the presentation of the food were also attentive and good. Personally, I believe I would have been even more satisfied if the price had been a bit lower.
