I visited Chinese Hanten Fureika located in Higashi-Azabu.This time, I enjoyed a variety of dishes including appetizers, Peking duck, dim sum, shrimp dishes, meat dishes, and stir-fried greens.Among them, the standout was definitely the Peking duck. The skin was crispy and fragrant, and the richness of the fat was delightful. It had a strong presence when served, making it a dish I was glad to have ordered.The shrimp in chili sauce featured large shrimp that were satisfying to eat, and the sauce was elegantly prepared.I also had dim sum, including xiaolongbao (soup dumplings), which had a great balance between the skin and filling, giving the impression that each piece was carefully crafted.I tried stir-fried meat and vegetables, stir-fried chicken with cashew nuts, and stir-fried greens as well, and overall, the seasoning was refined and not overly strong.The atmosphere was calm and reminiscent of high-end Chinese dining, allowing me to enjoy not just the food but the entire dining experience at a leisurely pace.I think this is a great place for special occasions or when you want to indulge in some luxurious Chinese cuisine.It was a great meal!
