A well-deserved treat every six months! The Amagi Shamo chicken once again delivered an incredible texture and juiciness. Thanks to the chef's skill, the yakitori is perfectly grilled, and with each bite, the juiciness of the chicken spreads in my mouth. The highlight this time was the Achilles tendon—its texture and juiciness were absolutely top-notch! During the yakitori refill time, I enjoyed a record-breaking six skewers. I thought I was holding back... I also had seconds on rice and, of course, dessert! I bought some financiers to take home and received a bento as well. I can't wait for the next visit in six months. It was a great meal!
