Each dish offered a surprising array of flavors that exceeded my expectations, with a clear concept behind every plate—there was nothing to complain about.However, in terms of immediate deliciousness, it fell short compared to my previous two visits (in winter and spring). While still innovative compared to other restaurants, many flavors felt more straightforward than before.In my past visits, I was so captivated that I ended up feeling exhausted and had a terrible after-meal experience. This time, however, I was able to enjoy the meal smoothly, and the after-meal feeling was quite pleasant. (It may seem contradictory that a worse after-meal feeling leads to higher satisfaction, but in the case of Naz's extraordinary cuisine…)The non-alcoholic pairing was the best I've had so far. I had started to think that non-alcoholic drinks could achieve similar quality anywhere if made with care, but Naz's non-alcoholic options were exceptional.
