I had been curious about this restaurant for a while.I made a reservation about two weeks ago and finally visited for the first time.The staff provided full service, presenting the dishes at the perfect timing and clearly explaining the sauces and other details.The beef stew had an unprecedented tenderness, melting in my mouth.For the buri rice, I could choose between white rice or corn rice, and I opted for the corn rice.The subtle aroma of corn enhanced the flavor of the meat.I learned that the type of rice varies by season, with options like mushrooms or bamboo shoots.The tenderloin rice used eggs from Itoshima in Fukuoka. These eggs are rich and sweet, perfectly complementing the dish.For dessert, I could choose from pistachio ice cream, black soybean ice cream, or white peach sorbet, and I went with the pistachio ice cream.It was a rich ice cream that I thoroughly enjoyed until the end.There was no pretentiousness, just delicious meat cooked to perfection, making for a luxurious experience.I would love to return if I can get a reservation.It was a great meal!
