I was invited by an acquaintance and visited for the first time.I went for the 20:40 seating. The atmosphere was great, and the flavor and texture of the white liver were intense. It was the best taste I’ve ever had—so tender it melted on my tongue, a truly unique experience. Sitting right in front of the owner, I had the rare opportunity to watch the grilling process closely.As I soaked in the aftertaste, the night breeze felt wonderful.
