This was my first visit since the renovation. Even though the space has changed, the essence of the cuisine remains steadfast. In fact, with the new tableware, the presentation feels even more refined. The pairing of wines is exceptional, creating a dialogue with each dish. You can truly sense the intention behind the selections. It was a night that reaffirmed the existence of such a dense culinary experience in Osaka.
