Today, I had another delightful meal. The paella, made with my favorite hairy crab, was absolutely satisfying. The white asparagus in the caldo was sweet with a hint of bitterness, making it delicious.Time flew by, and I felt a sense of longing as I left. I can't wait for my next visit.I highly recommend the matcha Basque cheesecake (limited time only)!
