I was fortunate enough to secure a cancellation slot for my long-awaited first visit. The deliciousness of the dishes is evident, but what truly stands out is the beauty of the presentation and the careful selection of tableware, reflecting a high level of aesthetic awareness in every detail.- Corn Chawanmushi: Refreshing with layers of flavor that unfold beautifully, this dish is simply outstanding.- Abalone Somen: The moment I took a bite, I was struck by its brilliance, leaving a lasting impression—an undeniable masterpiece.- Octopus Shabu-Shabu: Perfectly cooked, it offers a delightful texture that balances both tenderness and a pleasant chewiness.- Hassun: Each item has a distinct personality, and everything I tried was truly delicious. (I love Wagyu ❤)- Sweetfish: The cooking technique is flawless, maximizing its savory aroma and umami flavor.- Meal (Corn and Manjyu Mixed Rice, Unadon): Even when full, I couldn't stop eating because it was so delicious, providing a highly satisfying conclusion.Additionally, I’m not fond of melon, but the chef kindly substituted it with peach. I am very grateful for that. Thanks to the chef's humble and friendly personality, along with the excellent service, I was able to enjoy a pleasant time throughout my visit. This is a wonderful restaurant that I truly want to continue visiting in Tokyo.
