To enjoy taking photos at a leisurely pace, I reserved a private room for dinner at 5:00 PM on Saturday. Overall, I left with some doubts about the three-star rating, perhaps because my expectations were too high.Regarding the dishes, the specialty "Goat's Milk Bavarois" was truly exceptional. The balance between the saltiness of the olive oil and the richness of the milk was exquisite, leaving a refreshing aftertaste that I thoroughly enjoyed. However, the other dishes felt relatively conventional. I was particularly surprised by the fish dish, which was overcooked and dry, leaving both my companions and me feeling uneasy about the quality served at a restaurant of this caliber. The lamb was beautifully cooked, but the flavor was somewhat lacking.Additionally, during dessert, there was a sense of urgency to leave due to the next seating, which prevented us from enjoying our tea and sweets in a relaxed manner. This was a bit disappointing.
