This is a fairly well-known Japanese restaurant located in Shizuoka. I was fortunate enough to secure a cancellation slot and visit.- Corn soup and fried corn husks ❤️Using corn that is sweeter than melon, this dish is a concentrated favorite of mine.- Grilled eel ❤️- Kinmedai (red snapper) with yuzu pepper miso sauce ❤️The use of a lot of white fish really brings out the freshness and umami, which is impressive!I will definitely visit again.
