Smoked caviar made from squid! It was absolutely delicious.I also got to try the corn raw, and it was incredibly sweet! They turned it into a corn soup without any seasoning, and it was so sweet it left me in awe.The bouillabaisse and the lobster pie were also outstanding!I came here to celebrate a birthday, and I hope to return for each season. It was a wonderful dining experience!
