I finally got to visit a sushi restaurant that’s hard to book, located just a 6-minute walk from Tanimachi 6-chome.The sushi prepared by the handsome chef tasted even better!I ordered a course meal, but it was so delicious that I ended up ordering more than I could eat!The rice was perfectly balanced, not too strong, and seasoned with red vinegar.From the very first bite, I was amazed!The flavors are so refined that they pair wonderfully with delicious Japanese sake, ensuring a truly happy experience!I highly recommend it to everyone! ╰(*´︶`*)╯I would love to come back when I can make another reservation.
