The chef's skills transform the ingredients into exquisite dishes.On this day, the Kinmedai (red snapper) was particularly fluffy while still packed with flavor, making it a perfect match for the Japanese sake.There is a sense of tension and a charged atmosphere, but I think it enhances the experience of enjoying the food.It was a great meal.
