I finally visited Yakiniku Seiryuuen with two friends, and it was worth the wait!This restaurant is quite hard to book, so I had been looking forward to this visit for a long time.Upon arriving, I immediately noticed the charming atmosphere from the exterior. The interior also had a classic yakiniku vibe, setting the stage for a delicious meat feast.Since there were three of us, we ordered a variety of dishes to share.One of the highlights was the Yukhoe. The presentation was beautiful, and mixing the egg yolk with the meat created an incredibly tasty dish. The meat was rich in flavor, and the egg yolk added a creamy texture that made it hard to stop eating.Another favorite was the Shiso Mino. The crunchy texture of the mountain chain tripe combined with the refreshing flavor of shiso made it a unique and delightful experience. When a dish is this good, it makes you want to keep eating even between the meat courses.Of course, we also enjoyed various cuts of meat. Just looking at the beautifully arranged plates was exciting, and the grilling process added to the fun. We spent our time chatting about how delicious everything was, and before we knew it, hours had flown by.Given its reputation for being hard to book, my expectations were high, but after tasting the food, I completely understand its popularity.I particularly loved the Yukhoe and Shiso Mino. I had always wanted to visit this restaurant, so I’m glad I could finally go with my friends.Although it’s not easy to make a reservation, I would definitely love to return if the opportunity arises.
