I was fortunate enough to visit again.This sushi restaurant makes you want to come back time and time again.The course starting with steamed abalone was exquisite as always.The large sweet shrimp I had for the first time was truly exceptional! I wondered if the sweet shrimp I had eaten before were fake, as this one was so sweet, rich, and packed with umami that it got better the more I chewed.I enjoyed a variety of dishes including tuna, clam, simmered eel, red squid, eel, sea urchin, and horse mackerel, and I almost had two rounds! Since I rarely get to come here, I had such a great time that I didn't want to leave.The chefs were friendly and made sure not to make us feel nervous, and the atmosphere was fantastic.I definitely want to visit again!
