During the Gion Festival in Kyoto, I visited Yamagishi.This month, they had delicious red sea urchin from Yura. The sweetness and richness of the urchin were simply incredible.The conger eel was also exceptionally tasty.The chef was very friendly, making for a delightful experience.It was a great meal!
