I made a lunch reservation and sat down at the counter, feeling a bit nervous. However, I relaxed a little when I was greeted by the lovely appearance of the hostess and the chef's warm welcome. Each dish was a beautifully crafted seasonal creation, served in exquisite tableware. The flow of the meal was delightful, and everyone’s manners were elegant. The chef shared stories about the ingredients, and I enjoyed a delicious meal surrounded by his collection, taking my time to savor it all. I heard that the menu changes monthly, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. It was a great meal!
