Since we opted for wine pairing this time, we were able to enjoy a variety of wines in half servings. ✨This place is renowned for its sauces, which are rich yet not heavy, keeping the meal exciting until the very end, and the wine flowed beautifully. It was absolutely fantastic!!!And then, the main specialty, "Maria Callas"!!! The combination of lamb wrapped in pastry and foie gras is a signature dish that I had heard was a must-try when visiting, so I was thrilled to finally taste it. ✨I learned that this dish was a favorite of Maria Callas, which is how it got its name, making for a delightful experience. ✨The food is exceptional, and the hospitality is top-notch, making me want to return to this remarkable establishment.
