This street is lined with incredibly hard-to-book restaurants: Momen, Hide, and Jinsei.I was lucky enough to snag a cancellation spot for OMAKASE.I asked the chef about the reservation process, and he mentioned that it’s mainly for regulars, but they occasionally release some spots for OMAKASE, so I should try my luck there.Since it was my first visit, I guess that’s understandable.I enjoyed:- Tuna with Japanese radish- Iwashi roll- Clam soup ◎- Katsuo with straw burning- Octopus with ponzu- Sawara rice bowl ◎I could drink forever just with these appetizers.The rice was incredibly delicious.If you’re from Kansai, you’ll definitely love it.The balance of firmness and acidity is just right.I had:- 6 types of nigiri- Squid tentacle- 8 types of nigiri- TamagoIt was a great meal.I want to come back again!
