I visited "Aru Tokoro" in Karatsu City, Saga Prefecture. The dishes, centered around natural ingredients, clearly reflect the chef's dedication and passion. With gentle seasoning that enhances the quality of the ingredients, you can truly appreciate the care put into each dish as you eat. Additionally, the selection of Japanese sake paired with the food was excellent, creating a perfect match. Everything from the cuisine to the ambiance and service was impeccable, making it a place I would love to return to when I want to enjoy a leisurely meal!
