I finally visited the extremely popular yakiniku restaurant "Stamina En" in Adachi Ward, which I had been curious about for a while.On weekdays, the restaurant opens at 4 PM, so I made sure to arrive two hours early. Even then, there were already about three groups ahead of me. There were chairs provided outside for waiting, allowing the first ten people to sit comfortably.Inside, there are both table seats and tatami rooms, and it seemed like around 20 people could be accommodated during the first round of seating.This time, I ordered the regular outside skirt, premium mountain chain tripe, sliced short rib, mixed horumon, san-kaku, beef offal stew, and makgeolli.What stood out to me were the regular outside skirt, san-kaku, and sliced short rib. Each dish had a rich meat flavor that justified the restaurant's popularity.The staff were quick to replace the grilling nets and provided attentive service, making for a pleasant dining experience.Be prepared for a wait, but I believe it’s well worth it. It was a great meal!
