I visited this restaurant on a Saturday afternoon. It's located on the way to Okuradake in Komatsu City, in a building that used to be a school. The menu generally includes the following items:Drinks: Kaga Boucha Sparkling 1. Wild Boar Ham wrapped in Egoma vegetables with figs and winter melon 2. Grilled eggplant and bell pepper Homemade bread 3. Okra with two types of sauces 4. Noto pork with a shallot sauce 5. Pasta with tomato and basil sauce 6. Dessert: Banana, caramel, and hazelnut sablé I was truly impressed by the dishes that you can't find anywhere else in Komatsu City.
