It has become quite rare for me to be able to make a reservation even once a year. After waiting a whole year, I can only imagine how incredible the experience at Sushi Sho must be. However, I find myself unable to fully embrace the joy of spending about two hours of happiness after waiting 365 days. Ideally, I would like to visit at least once every six months. It’s quite challenging that all my favorite sushi places have reservation intervals of three to six months. Therefore, when I do get the chance to go, I want to enjoy every moment to the fullest.
