I attended the "Summer Festival" organized by Oufeu! Oufeu, along with famous local restaurants like jibunchi and Komeru from Ishikawa, had numerous booths set up. There was no way I could miss this event. With a wide variety of offerings including paella, Noto pork, pasta, mazesoba, and burgers, it was a feast! I especially loved the paella and burgers, so much so that I went back for seconds. It was a dream collaboration in the mountains of Komatsu! I had a fantastic time!
