I finally visited Sushi Saitou, and I was served by Chef Ishikawa. I was amazed right from the start with the crab, and the abalone and nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch) were also exquisite. Then, the boiled octopus was simply the best! (I forgot to take a picture...) I enjoyed 13 pieces of sushi along with some delicious Japanese sake, and I was completely satisfied. The hospitality was outstanding throughout the meal, and I definitely want to come back. It was a great meal!
