Everything was just amazing.I noticed that reservations for 2027 are almost fully booked, which explains its popularity. It’s becoming harder to get a reservation at Yoshida, so I’m grateful to be able to visit.In addition to the classic Hammerhead Shark Fin, black balls, and superior broth noodles, there are always interesting creative dishes to enjoy!Watching the chefs prepare the food is like a show in itself.I didn’t take any notes this time, but I can say that everything was unbelievably delicious.I will definitely come back!
