Both the marinated and salt-seasoned meats are popular, with a unique flavor that’s unmistakably delicious. That day, many famous personalities were at the next table! Haha.▷ In the past, this place was described as having "drinkable loin" and was shrouded in mystery. The addictive marinated meats have made it a challenging reservation spot for regulars.▷ Don’t underestimate the side dish, Omasum Sashimi—it’s a must-order! The portion is generous, and the fresh, crunchy Omasum pairs perfectly with the yellow miso sauce.▷ Before the main dish of loin, I wanted to enjoy the Outside Skirt and Tongue. The Tongue is thick and has a unique flavor whether seasoned with salt or marinade. It retains a crispy texture while being tender from soaking in the sauce.▷ The Outside Skirt is also exquisite, making it hard to stop eating rice. If you’re a big eater, you could easily go for two large bowls! Haha. Here, having extra sauce is the standard, just like a beef bowl with extra broth. I recommend grilling each piece of Outside Skirt carefully to savor its flavor.▷ Now, the main dish, the loin, arrives. Its vibrant red color is so enticing that it makes your mouth water just by looking at it. I recommend grilling a generous portion on the grill. Once it’s cooked to a perfect medium-rare, place it on a steaming bowl of rice and enjoy it without worrying about your surroundings.
