Once again, it was delicious! I was captivated by the world of Toshi, starting with the deep black flavors. This time, the theme was sweetness, which was slightly different from my usual preference, but I still enjoyed the various types of sweetness that Toshi creates—not just the added sweetness, but also the subtracted sweetness. I noticed some subtle changes in the desserts and the finishing dishes as well. I'm already looking forward to my reservation in a year and a half!
