The courses change slightly with each visit. Since this was my fourth time, the main dishes were different. However, when I made a request, they were happy to prepare dishes I had enjoyed in the past! I appreciate that there’s always something new to enjoy, no matter how many times I visit. Additionally, I must mention the wonderful atmosphere and the hospitality of the staff, which is always impressive. This time, it was the season for sweetfish, and while I often have fried sweetfish at various restaurants during this season, I was truly amazed by the fresh sweetfish and its unique texture and flavor.
