Today, I dressed up a bit more than usual to visit Chez Inno, a grand maison recommended by a friend. The owner personally explained the menu, including the dishes and wines. The classical interior reminds me of a long-established hotel, and I was truly impressed by the attentive service that caters to every need. This restaurant is famous for its lamb pie, known as "Maria Callas," so I ordered that without hesitation.Although I usually dislike lamb, the dishes here are crafted to be enjoyable even for those who are not fond of it.I didn’t detect any gamey flavor at all; the tender lamb meat, foie gras, and truffle combined with a Madeira wine and fond de veau sauce created a complex flavor that words alone cannot describe. The wine is paired according to the dishes and the pace of the diners, primarily featuring selections from France. Each dish is beautifully presented, and the wines complement the flavors perfectly, enhancing the overall dining experience. For dessert, they offer a cart service where you can choose as much as you like.I greedily sampled a little bit of everything. This is a wonderful restaurant where you can enjoy top-notch flavors while receiving the best hospitality.I look forward to visiting again on a special occasion, dressed nicely.
