The owner has beautifully renovated an old traditional house into a warm and unique space that reflects a strong aesthetic sense through its tools, furnishings, and tableware. The dishes highlight the delicious seasonal ingredients sourced from Karatsu. The squid and Saga beef sukiyaki, as well as the fava bean spring rolls, are unforgettable. The grilled horse mackerel was also delightful. To top it all off, they serve the best salt rice balls. The desserts are delicious too. The overall experience, including the ambiance and hospitality, surpasses many high-end dining options in Tokyo. I definitely want to return and highly recommend this place!
