I enjoyed an alcohol pairing, which featured a variety of Italian selections.Both the drinks and dishes were explained to us with great care.For the main course, I had lamb, which was tender and had very little gamey flavor!The pizza offered several options, and I learned that you can choose half-and-half or add extra toppings.I had the shirasu (whitebait) and squid ink pizza.It was a delightful experience that felt quite refined.
