☆Yakiniku Seiryuuen☆ I was invited to Yakiniku Seiryuuen for my first visit. Even before our reservation time, there were many customers gathered outside, creating a lively atmosphere typical of a popular restaurant. We started with Yukhoe, Senmai Sashi, and Kimchi. The Yukhoe had a melt-in-your-mouth texture that showcased its freshness, pairing perfectly with our drinks. The Senmai Sashi had a delightful crunch that made it hard to stop eating. We tried various cuts of meat, including Tongue Salt and Liver. Each plate of meat that arrived was beautifully presented, clearly reflecting its high freshness. The Tongue Salt offered a pleasant chewiness and rich flavor, while the Liver was completely free of any unpleasant odor and had a very smooth texture. Every piece of meat had a wonderful balance of sweet fat and savory flavor, providing a satisfying experience with each dish. Every bite was delicious and exceeded my expectations, making me want to eat more. It’s easy to see why this place is so popular, and I would love to return if I get the chance. It was a great meal.
