My husband used to frequent "Sushi Sanshin" during his single days. He had been wanting to take me back to this memorable place if his current job went well, and he finally brought me here.This sushi restaurant is the only one in Kansai to have received a Tabelog Gold rating and is also featured in the Michelin Guide.I have enjoyed many types of sushi before, but the appetizers served before the sushi were already exceptional. When we had the Tokishirazu, my husband was so moved by its deliciousness that he almost teared up.Each piece of nigiri was impressive, and I thought to myself, "This is the first time I’ve been so emotionally touched by sushi."Not only the food but also the hospitality was outstanding. The attention to detail and the comfortable atmosphere truly justified the Michelin rating.At the end, the owner personally came out to see us off, and we had a chance to chat for a bit. His warm kindness left a lasting impression on me, making this not just a great dining experience but also a wonderful encounter with remarkable people.
