No matter how many times I come here, I always feel an inexplicable excitement on the day of my visit. The greatest charm of Tokyo En lies in its unique "seasoning." The salt sauce has a strong garlic flavor that creates an addictive, junky taste. On the other hand, the dipping sauce has a rich sweetness and deep umami. While the "roast" is widely recognized as a signature dish, I believe it is this distinctive seasoning, along with the quality of the meat itself, that makes me want to return to Tokyo En again and again. I hope this nostalgic town Yakiniku experience continues for a long time.
