After a year, I finally visited Matsuishi again. This restaurant offers a lot of locally sourced ingredients, allowing you to enjoy seasonal dishes, making it a must-visit spot whenever I'm in Sendai.Once again, I had a wonderful time savoring the season's offerings. I hope to come back in winter next time.
