Although it’s quite difficult to get a reservation on weekends, I miraculously found an available table and decided to go. I ordered the "SATO Brian Direct Course (JPY 19,480)" that conveys the essence of meat directly. With a menu centered around the Chateaubriand rice and the famous Buri Katsu sandwich, it kept the diners engaged throughout the meal while providing just the right amount of satisfaction. This place is a revolutionary force in the meat world, challenging the conventional wisdom that "good meat is all about the fat" by serving delicious red meat. It’s already a hard-to-reserve restaurant, but I definitely want to make another reservation and return. It was a great meal!!
