After winning the reservation battle on "Table Check," I dined there with two friends on a Saturday.As expected from a famous establishment, I did my homework beforehand. It's wise to budget around JPY 25,000. We enjoyed two beers and a hearty meal for JPY 21,000.We placed our orders all at once. Be cautious, as you can only order meat twice (with salt options limited to one round).The highlight of Seiryuuen is undoubtedly the salted tongue. We indulged in a luxurious four servings, presented in a stunning floral arrangement alongside salted outside skirt and mountain chain tripe. I also ordered an additional serving of medium salted tongue, which was a fantastic choice that enhanced the flavor of the tongue even more. The tongue was simply incredible—there are no words to describe it.As for the short rib, loin, and Carlos, these marinated meats are rich in fat, making rice a necessity. The rice perfectly balances the strong flavors, creating a delightful impact on the palate. Opting for more salt-based dishes and fewer marinated ones is the best choice. Highly recommended.The pièce de résistance was the yukke. This was something else... no words needed. Divine. Just thinking about that yukke makes me infinitely hungry—it's hilarious!Before I knew it, I had been devouring meat for two hours. I left feeling 200% full and completely satisfied.If I get the chance again, I will definitely make a reservation to return.It was delicious.It was a great meal!!
