Each dish is thoughtfully crafted, showcasing not only the quality of the ingredients but also the combinations, temperatures, textures, and balance of flavors. Rather than simply impressing with flashy ingredients, the dishes convince you through their overall excellence. Every visit brings new discoveries, and even on my fifth visit, I never feel bored.What impresses me the most is that, despite the difficulty in making reservations, I still find myself wanting to return. The challenge of securing a reservation isn’t the value itself; rather, once you experience the meal, you understand why it’s so hard to book a table.
