My lunch at the long-awaited Chez Inno was a truly fulfilling experience. As soon as I opened the door, I was transported to a spacious and open world that felt like a different realm. The decorations were stunning, reminiscent of a drama set. The highlight of the meal was definitely the first dish, a mousse made with melon and prosciutto. I learned that they use sweet and refreshing Italian melons, which paired beautifully with the saltiness and aroma of the prosciutto.
