In Nakatsu, Osaka, NAKATSU WONIKU offers an incredible meat course that is well-known and loved. It's a biannual treat for me! This time, the meat course was absolutely fantastic! What surprised me was the meat shumai wrapped in a loin filling! I’ve never seen, heard, or tasted such a luxurious shumai before! As for the meat itself, I really enjoyed the lean cut called Sotohira—it was incredibly delicious! And as always, I look forward to the finishing touch of soup curry, saving some room in my stomach just for that! This time, it was so good that I ended up having three bowls! I can’t wait for my next visit!
