Today's MVP is the squid! The grilled red snapper I added was also a must-try! I truly love the chef's personality as well! I was able to enjoy seasonal dishes like deep-fried sweetfish and bonito, which made me very satisfied. I had the red clam again after a long time, and it was delicious as well! I can't miss it. If I had the money and stomach space, I could keep eating forever. It was a moment of bliss! This is the best sushi restaurant in Japan!
