I revisited the renowned yakiniku restaurant "Stamina En," which I have frequented many times before.Nestled in a quiet shopping street that feels far removed from the hustle and bustle of the city, Stamina En does not take reservations.As I lined up early in the morning, I was enveloped by the delightful aroma as the staff began to arrive, creating an atmosphere that was simply irresistible.I am always amazed by the quality of each dish, to the point where I feel any of them could stand alone as a specialty restaurant.While I tend to order the same menu items each time, I believe that Stamina En is unique in that I experience the same excitement every visit, no matter how many times I dine there.The staff efficiently brings out the next dish just as we finish the previous one, and I am grateful for their prompt service.By the time we leave, everyone is satisfied and full, making it one of the rare places where we can smile and say goodbye as the taxi arrives.I look forward to visiting again with my dear friends.
