I had heard that the portions were small, but the quality was exceptional!The aroma of the soba was wonderful, and the noodles were beautifully presented.What stood out the most was the dipping sauce. The bonito broth provided a solid base, while the soy sauce added depth. Although it was a rich sauce, it was so well-aged that it had no harshness—truly the best soba dipping sauce I’ve ever had.The freshly grated wasabi served as a condiment was also a nice touch.
