I have been a long-time patron of Kyo-mi, and it holds countless precious memories for me. Among the restaurants that originated from Kyo-mi, I believe this one stands out the most.The level of skill at such a young age is astonishing, and I am consistently overwhelmed by the potential that seems to transcend even that of my mentor, reaching a whole new dimension.Their relentless curiosity about ingredients and cooking methods is remarkable. They dedicate their days off without hesitation to further their own training.At this point, the title of being from Kyo-mi is no longer necessary. The world of Hoshino is simply exceptional!
