I chose the two dishes I had prepared for, while my companion ordered the Salt Chashu Ramen.At 2 PM, I entered the restaurant. The interior was stunning, far beyond what I imagined from the exterior. ✨The world of Iida Shoten unfolded before me, and I was thrilled to see the chef in person.First up was the Soy Sauce Chashu Ramen. They explained the toppings when serving, but all I could remember was that there were two types of wontons. I was too excited looking at the beautiful ramen!As for the taste, it can only be described as reigning supreme in the industry. It was beyond delicious; it was pure happiness!Next was the Tsukemen. The condiments, dipping sauce, and noodles were a visual masterpiece.They provided a detailed explanation here as well, but I didn’t retain much of it.
