This is a renowned Japanese restaurant in Kanazawa that everyone knows. Reservations can be quite difficult to secure. Many people travel from all over the country just to dine here. I was finally able to visit again after a long time. Once again, I enjoyed a variety of seasonal dishes. The food pairs wonderfully with drinks, and even if you don't drink, you can truly savor the cuisine. I want to visit during each season. The prices are a bit high, but it's definitely worth it as a personal treat. It was a great meal.
